The Australian Classification Board, which regulates the launch of video games in the continent-spanning state, says that it has once again refused to issue a classification for Saints Row 4, which means that the game cannot legally be sold in stores.

The organization states, “In the Review Board’s opinion, Saints Row IV could not be accommodated within the R 18+ classification as drug use related to incentives and rewards is not permitted.”

The new decision is linked to the original version of the game that developer Volition and publisher Deep Silver submitted.

The companies are working in order to eliminate the most offending content and plan to resubmit Saints Row 4 for classification soon.

The game is expected to launch on August 20 in North America and three days later in Europe and a delay for Australia is possible.
