The company will include big LCD screen and 2 GB of memory

SNK Playmore is creating another version of its classic Neo-Geo console, designed for modern audiences and portable gaming.

The new device will have an LDC screen that is 109 centimeters big (4.3 inch) and there are also 2 GB of included memory, although more can be added via an SD slot.

The handheld has two shoulder buttons, A, B, C and D buttons and a jack for headphones and an AV Out port.

The video games pre-loaded on the device include: World Heroes, Sengoku, Nam-1975, Mutation Nation, Last Resort, King of Monsters, Frenzy, Cyber-Lip, Fatal Furty Special, Top Player's Golf , The Art of Fighting, Super Sidekicks, League Bowling, Metal Slug, Magical Lord, Baseball Stars Professional, Samurai Shodown, The King of Fighters '94, Ultimate 11 and Fatal Fury.

SNK has not officially announced the device but images of it were posted on a Japanese gaming blog.

The original Neo-Geo was launched in both Japan and North America in 1991 during the SNES and Mega Drive era.

A number of games from era are also offered on the Wii Virtual Console, the PSN and the Xbox Live Arcade.
