Video game publisher SEGA has announced that it has launched a new digital strategy with the release of both Space Channel 5 Part 2 and SEGA Bass Fishing on the Xbox Live service from Microsoft and on the PlayStation Network from Sony.

Both titles will cost 800 Microsoft Points or 9.99 dollars, 7.99 Euro and 6.29 British Pounds.

Space Channel 5 Part 2 is a rhythm game with a science fiction theme which was originally launched on the Dreamcast.

The game allows the player to recruit Space Michael, which is inspired by the King of Pop, in order to battle Purge and Shadow, the two Rhythm Rogues while playing as an intrepid reporter named Ulala.

SEGA Bass Fishing includes eight fishing holes, 14 unique lures and realistic weather conditions in order to immerse gamers in the world of competitive fishing.

The PlayStation 3 version of the game includes support for the Move motion tracking peripheral.
