The development team at Rockstar says that it has introduced a 50 percent cut in the money that gamers receive after they perform a GTA Online mission more than once. The change is designed to make sure that their multiplayer experience is more varied.

This was part of the most recent patch, but many members of the fan community were not sure how the new system worked.

Rockstar states on its official support site that, “We understand players do like to enjoy a mission multiple times, so rather than remove the possibility of doing so, we've allowed replays of these missions at a reduced payout.”

The studio says that it continues to welcome feedback from players of GTA Online and that more changes will be introduced in coming patches for the multiplayer mode.

The experience is accessible for free to all those who have bought GTA V.
