The development team working on Rocksmith 2014 at Ubisoft is delivering a new video for the game, designed to reveal all the types of lessons it includes and how players can use them to learn to play the instrument.

The team says, “With over 85 interactive lessons you'll learn everything from how to hold a pick for beginners, to tapping and pinch harmonics for advanced players.”

Those who pre-order the game will get access to the track Cherub Rock from The Smashing Pumpkins.

Rocksmith 2014 is designed to upgrade the core mechanics of the game and to offer players more options to plan their learning experience, and more guitar-driven tracks to play.

The game also has the option to import songs from the first title in the series.

Launch is set for October 22 on the PlayStation 3, the Xbox 360, and the PC.
