The team at Respawn Entertainment, the development studio founded by Jason West and Vince Zampella after leaving Infinity Ward, will be present at the upcoming E3 2012 trade show, but it will not be offering any kind of information on the video game they are developing.

Abbie Heppe, who is a community manager at Respawn Entertainment, has told Joystiq that, “Some of us will be present at E3, but we won’t be showing anything or doing any press related to the game.”

The Respawn Entertainment studio was founded in early 2010 and the initial funding is coming from the EA Partners division.

The company then spent a lot of time staffing up, including with some former Infinity Ward developers, and is currently working on a new game that will probably be launched during 2013.

Rumors are suggesting that it will use a first-person shooter set of features and will probably aim to directly compete with the Call of Duty franchise from Activision.
