The development team at Respawn says that it plans to activate a set of anti-cheating measures for its recently launched Titanfall soon in order to make sure that the game is as fair as possible for all those who are currently enjoying it.

An official Twitter message from one of the leading engineers working on the shooter, Jon Shiring, says that the issue is very important for the company, but it is not willing to offer a date when it will go live.

The developer says that Respawn Entertainment is currently tracking those who are cheating in Titanfall, but the company is probably still evaluating exactly how to punish them.

The most widespread problem is that some gamers have managed to activate aim bots in order to improve their overall performance.

At the moment, Titanfall is accessible on the Xbox One and the PC and a Xbox 360 version of the title will be launched on March 25 in the United States and three days later in Europe.

Respawn Entertainment and publisher Electronic Arts have confirmed that they are planning to deliver at least three downloadable content packs for the shooter, which will include new maps and might introduce monster enemies and a new mode.
