14 DAY TRIAL // Video game developer Remedy says the upcoming Quantum Break video game has a deep connection to the live action television show that accompanies it, allowing the player to get immersed in a new fictional universe.
Sam Lake, who is a creative director and writer at the developer, tells Game Informer that, "Live-action has already been part of our experiences for a while. We want to push that further. It just feels somehow natural when talking about stories. The earlier steps were baby steps into that direction, and this is a bigger leap."
He believes that there are plenty of possibilities for Remedy to explore, with more details coming later in the development cycle.
Quantum Break will include both the video game experience and the first season of the TV show.
The game will be offered on launch on the Xbox One in November.
