Ubisoft has confirmed that it's going to release a demo for Rayman Origins tomorrow, on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles, that allows gamers to finally get a taste of the colorful 2D platformer.

The Rayman series was very successful a few years ago, but Ubisoft declined to continue its action, limiting itself to just re-releasing the first few games over and over again.

Now, with Rayman Origins, the French company is taking the beloved character back to his roots, delivering a two-dimensional platformer with varied colorful environments that just beg to be explored.

Before the game is released, you can try out a demo for Rayman Origins, with three maps from the Jungle, Food, and Ocean worlds, as well as a custom level that navigates between these worlds. What's more, if players collect 9 Electoons, they'll unlock a special costume that can be worn by Rayman.

The Rayman Origins demo is out on November 9, for the PS3 and Xbox 360, while the game is released on November 22, in North America, and November 25, in Europe, for PS3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii.
