14 DAY TRIAL // Sony announces that it plans to perform routine maintenance on its PlayStation Network service on Tuesday, June 25, starting around 9:30 Pacific Time/ 12:30 PM Eastern Time).
The period during which the service will be down will end at 4:00 PM PT/7:00 PM ET.
All those who try to use the PlayStation Network during the period will receive an official notification about the maintenance status.
The official announcement from Sony states, “The PlayStation Store, PlayStation Home and Account Management will not be available during the maintenance period but you will be able to access online play and apps.”
Gamers need to make sure that they are signed into PSN before the maintenance period starts.
The company is not offering any details on whether any new features will be added to the service.
