The device will be officially launched on February 22

The team in charge of the PlayStation 4 home console at Sony is releasing a second television commercial for the Japanese market, which is designed to promote the upcoming February 22 launch of the new platform.

The footage is very upbeat and features hints at the number of video game experiences that gamers will be able to enjoy on the device on launch or soon after, including Assassin’s Creed IV, FIFA 14 and Watch Dogs.

The slogan that Sony is using for the Japanese launch of the PlayStation 4 is Play & Peace, which has not been associated with the Western releases.

The company has also promised that players in its home market, which had to wait for the device for more than three months, will get access to some exclusive content for the PlayStation 4.

The next-gen console has managed to move more than 4.2 million units to players before the end of 2013.
