Developer Platinum Games and publisher Nintendo are apparently not planning to deliver any sort of downloadable content for their upcoming The Wonderful 101 because the game experience will be complete on launch.

Hideki Kamiya, the leading developer working on the experience, states via Twitter that, “We put all we want to do in 101 so u don't need DLC, I think.”

The game will be about 20 hours long, depending on how each player approaches the experience.

The Wonderful 101 will be out in Europe on August 23 and on September 15 in North America exclusively on the Wii U from Nintendo.

The game will use the unique capabilities of the GamePad to enhance the experience of the player.

Gamers will control a group of 101 superheroes who are able to combine their powers in order to defend Earth from an alien invasion.
