The development team at Obsidian and publishing partner Paradox Interactive are announcing that their much-awaited Pillars of Eternity is at the moment available for pre-order all over the world and that all those who get the game before launch will be able to enjoy a 10 percent price cut and access to two new and mysterious items.

The two companies are also launching a new trailer for the fantasy role-playing game, which is designed to show what the new world has to offer and the kind of classic mechanics it will deliver.

For the time being, Pillars of Eternity does not have an official launch date but Obsidian says that it expects to have the experience ready in the early months of 2015.

The two new items will also be offered for free to all those who have backed the project on Kickstarter, where it has managed to become one of the video game projects that have gathered the most support.

Pillars of Eternity is designed to use the core concepts of old-school party-based RPGs, with plenty of choice for gamers, a wide selection of companions, and interesting quests and environments for gamers to explore as they discover an entirely new fantasy universe with some unique twists.
