14 DAY TRIAL // A fresh screenshot taken from the PlayStation 4 edition of Battlefield 4 shows the DualShock 4 controller layout in the new first-person shooter.
Battlefield 4 is set to debut this October for the PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 platforms but it's also scheduled to appear on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One next-gen consoles in November.
For the latter platforms, the game will make use of the special new controllers and their features, like the DualShock 4's touchpad.
At TGS 2013 last week, someone who got a chance to play Battlefield 4 on the PS4 managed to take a photo of the controller layout, showing just what buttons from the DualShock 4 are used by Battlefield 4.
As you can see in the screenshot, via Hypeup, while the layout is relatively the same as it is on the PS3, the game does use things like the touchpad for the Battlelog interface.
