Developer Arc System Works and publisher Atlus revealed two additional character trailers for their upcoming fighting game based on the Persona franchise, Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, introducing Teddie and Elizabeth.

Persona 4 Arena Ultimax is meant to be the sequel to Persona 4 Arena, and to wrap up the storyline of Atlus' hit role-playing games Persona 3 and Persona 4, providing an ending to the glorious saga.

The new trailers show Teddie and Elizabeth in action, providing as always a little bit of background information on the characters and showing off their personalities, followed by brief moments of in-game footage, displaying their arsenal of deadly moves.

Shadow Teddie is a suppressed part of Teddie's personality that had to be defeated in Persona 4 before Teddie could gain access to his Persona. Elizabeth was featured in Persona 3, being the star of the Velvet Room.

Persona 4 Arena Ultimax is due out on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 platforms, on August 28 in Japan, and on September 30 in western markets, and is already available in Japanese arcades since November last year.

The game will be followed by another spin-off of the popular Persona series, Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth, a dungeon crawler that features characters from both Persona 3 and Persona 4, already out in in Japan and coming exclusively to the Nintendo 3DS on November 25 in North America and November 28 in Europe.
