14 DAY TRIAL // Payday 2 is getting a special diamond heist add-on next week, and in order to hype up its release, a special teaser trailer has just been rolled out by developer Overkill Software, potentially teasing not just the fresh DLC but also to latest robber added to the crew – Clover.
Payday 2 launched last year and delighted quite a lot of fans who were looking for a fresh cooperative shooter experience. Developer Overkill stayed loyal to the community and released a wide array of both free and premium content that added even more value to the game.
After some memorable additions, the game is now set to receive a brand new add-on on December 16.
This DLC is now being teased through a special video, available below, that shows the upcoming diamond heist that's set to appear in the game.
The footage chronicles the adventures of the diamond throughout its alternate history, appearing first in Asia and then changing hands until it reached even Adolf Hitler during World War 2. The diamond, however, is now in a museum, and as you can imagine, the Payday crew wants it.
However, you'll also notice that the video is narrated by an Irish woman who might be Clover, the latest robber added to the game and the first female one.
