14 DAY TRIAL // Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen developer Visionary Realms has unveiled yet another of the upcoming MMO's classes, the valiant Crusader.
Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen is a fantasy massively multiplayer online role playing game designed by the famous EverQuest creator Brad McQuaid, currently undergoing a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign.
The team is slowly revealing more and more information on the upcoming game each day, the latest Kickstarter update revealing the Crusader class.
A Crusader's main role is that of a tank, shielding its allies from the nefarious denizens of the world of Terminus. They will be able to wield most melee weapons and even equip two shields, for maximum defensive capabilities, and will also cast beneficial spells, when following a god.
The Crusader's two main specializations are that of a Cavalier, a warrior that uses his physical prowess in order to dominate his opponents, and of a Paladin, a holy knight that uses the power his god bestows on him to smite his foes.
Crusaders are natural leaders, champions that inspire and strengthen their allies in various ways, encouraging them to emerge victorious. They are imbued with divine powers and magic, harnessing the power of faith as their main weapon.
