Sony has announced that the PS4's main new feature video sharing as well as streaming will not be supporting YouTube.

It seems that “at launch, PS4 users will be able to use the Share button on the DUALSHOCK 4 controller to upload gameplay videos to their Facebook account, or to stream live gameplay to Ustream or Twitch,” Sony confirmed via a detailed PS4 FAQ that covers about everything console users need to know.

Moreover, PS4 users will not have the possibility to archive videos on Ustream and should instead use Facebook for uploads to store videos or archiving live streams via Twitch. In addition, the FAQ confirms that, unfortunately, PS4 will not support MP3 and music CD playback, players being limited to Sony's subscription-based music streaming service.

In the same manner, Xbox One's “Game DVR” video sharing will not support YouTube, allowing players to just share their snippets of video on Xbox Live.

In addition to this, Sony confirmed that PS4 would be launching in US on November 15 and in Europe and Latin America on November 29.
