In a pretty inflammatory comment about PC versus PlayStation 4, Avalanche Studios founder and Chief Technical Officer, Linus Blomberg, mentioned that PC gamers need to catch up with the PS4 in terms of video memory.

The PlayStation 4 next-gen console will boast a massive 8GB of VRAM and, as we saw through an official presentation, Killzone: Shadow Fall, one of the most impressive titles set to appear for the PS4, used around 3GB of that VRAM.

Following the presentation, Avalanche Studios' Linus Blomberg stated on Twitter that the majority of PC gamers still have around 1GB of VRAM and that he hopes they'll catch up to the PS4 soon.

This isn't the first time Blomberg praised the PS4, as he mentioned a few weeks ago that the PS4 would outpower most PCs for years to come due to its great configuration.
