Video game publisher Ubisoft says that Obsidian's South Park: The Stick of Truth is now delayed by a small period and will be launched in Europe on March 7, which is three days later than the date that was previously mentioned.

Traditionally, games launch on Tuesday in the United States and on Fridays in Europe, but the company only mentioned one date, which prompted fans to believe that the Obsidian-created game would be offered all over the world at the same time.

Obsidian's South Park: The Stick of Truth was initially set to arrive in the autumn of 2013, but it has been pushed back in order to make sure that it received an extra layer of polish, according to Eurogamer.

The game will use the locations and character from the television show and the original creators, Matt Stone and Trey Parker, were involved in the creation of the story and dialog.

Obsidian's South Park: The Stick of Truth will be offered on the PC and on current-gen consoles.
