Dragon Age: Inquisition won't have forced stealth sequences or gameplay like the one from Dragon Age 2's Mark of the Assassin add-on, as BioWare wants players to feel right at home with their party of characters.

Dragon Age games have emphasized the notion of player parties, as they have various adventurers ready to go with them into battle.

Dragon Age 2, however, got a special DLC called Mark of the Assassin that emphasized stealth and going solo.

Such a thing won't be repeated for Dragon Age: Inquisition, however, according to BioWare's Mike Laidlaw.

He said on Twitter that “We realized that that kind of stealth goes against the core ‘party first’ mechanics that drive Dragon Age.”

As such, you can expect a bigger emphasis on making sure your party's members complement each other in terms of powers.
