14 DAY TRIAL // Electronic Arts has teased that a big announcement concerning the future of the Need for Speed series will be made later today, February 18, and it might be an all-new title or at least some downloadable content for last year's NFS: Rivals.
The Need for Speed franchise will see the release of a special movie in the near future, and the official Twitter has just posted a mysterious teaser statement, saying that its team has been dreaming up of something for the series.
The actual announcement will be made later today, February 18, but as of yet it's unclear just what it might be.
EA could decide to reveal a lot earlier than anticipated a new Need for Speed racing game, but it might also show off some proper DLC for NFS: Rivals.
Considering the tweet had an image of a Mercedes-Benz McLaren SLR, it's quite possible that a new Rivals add-on will appear, as the car is included in a leaked report about DLC cars for the game.
