14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at Bizzard is getting ready to launch a new animated series of shorts linked to World of Warcraft that will tell fans more about the history of the Pandaren race.
There will be six episodes and at the moment, the prelude is available on the official YouTube channel of the company.
The team states, “Ten thousand years ago in the ancient empire of Pandaria, Emperor Shaohao asked the Great Waterspeaker to peer into his future. What did the rippling waters foretell?”
Fans have already responded with enthusiasm to the announcement, which might mean that Blizzard is preparing even more World of Warcraft related entertainment content.
A full-fledged movie based on the MMO is also in development.
The most recent financial report from Activision Blizzard shows that subscription numbers for World of Warcraft now stand at 7.7 million, which is a historically low number for the game.
