United Front Games and Square Enix have just revealed a brand new trailer for their upcoming Sleeping Dogs action game, this time opting to showcase the story, as well as actual gameplay footage, instead of the live action video we saw last month.

Sleeping Dogs may have started out as True Crime: Hong Kong, but once Square Enix acquired the game's publishing rights from Activision, you can clearly see a much bigger Asian influence on the title.

This new video highlights this aspect, showcasing what the protagonist, Wei Shen, an undercover cop, needs to do in order to infiltrate and subsequently take down the Sun On Yee Triad gang.

Besides story exposition there's also plenty of gameplay footage, showing Wei Shen fight using either his fists or various guns, while riding around Hong Kong on his motorcycle.

Sleeping Dogs comes out in the second half of the year for the PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
