14 DAY TRIAL // Rockstar Games has just posted a new set of screenshots from the upcoming Max Payne 3 title, this time showing off the New York City levels that will be featured in the third person shooter.
Max Payne 3 has been in development for quite some time and the fact that most of its action takes place in Sao Paulo, Brazil, has definitely made some fans worry that the noir series set in New York has disappeared completely.
That’s not so, as Rockstar has now released a new set of images that show off some of the action that also happens in the U.S., not just in Brazil.
As you can see above and below, Max is still more than able to wield a variety of guns and eliminate his opponents through the trademark dives out of cover.
The screenshots depict levels that will be present both in Max Payne 3’s single-player story and in the multiplayer Gang Wars mode.
The actual game is out in May for the PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 platforms.
