Electronic Arts presented the next installment in its FIFA Street series back at Gamescom 2011 in August and, since then, hasn't really been so forthcoming with details, videos or screenshots. Now, however, the company has decided to shed some light on the current generation debut of the series by presenting a fresh batch of screenshots with gameplay, environments as well as the interface.

The FIFA Street franchise impressed quite a lot of football fans, even more so than the actual FIFA series, but its niche appeal, depicting more urban matches with smaller pitches and faster matches, didn't exactly make it a sales success.

Now, with the all new FIFA Street, EA's Sports division wants to make a new generation of gamers fall in love with the simulator by introducing all sorts of improvements and, as you can see in the screenshots above, a lot of visual polish.

The interface screenshots also depict customized squads that can be created by players, as well as a World Tour mode that's going to see players play in all sorts of locations, from the UK, to Greece, Dubai, South America or Asia.
