A brand new Counter-Strike: Global Offensive update has just been rolled out by Valve worldwide via the Steam service, fixing a few problems with the recently-launched Operation Breakout, but also tweaking the Tec-9 pistol and a few other things.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive received a major update yesterday when Valve introduced the Operation Breakout DLC as well as a few new mechanics relating to the add-on, not to mention plenty of tweaks to quite a few weapons.

Now, a new patch has just been released by Valve, this time much smaller in size, aimed at fixing a few crucial issues that have been reported by the community.

First up, in Operation Breakout, the missions for those who have the All Access Pass will reward progression on partnering dedicated servers, not just on official Valve ones. What's more, the water glitches on Rush and Overgrown have been resolved.

The Tec-9 pistol has been somewhat nerfed, as apparently there was an issue with its weapon script that made the weapon way too accurate and more powerful than originally intended.

A rare crash when updating the scoreboard has been resolved and now zooming out of a sniper scope on a map that doesn't have a post processing entity will no longer cause a circular visual artifact, according to the official website.

The new update is now available for download on Steam and weighs in at around 9.7MB.
