The developers at Turbotape Games and publisher Paradox Interactive have launched another trailer for their ship simulation title Naval War: Arctic Circle, showing off the effect that the detection of a Russian submarine can have when it happens outside of a major Norwegian port.

The trailer is made up of in-game footage and shows the ships and the weapons that players will be able to control in the game, battling over the seas in order to keep a dwindling amount of oil under control.

The Russians and NATO will face off against each other using the most recent hardware they have developed.

The developers plan to simulate 35 million square kilometers of sea and will use real world units both under the sea, on the water and in the air to create a vertical battlespace.

Naval War: Arctic Circle is set to launch during the spring of this year exclusively on the PC.
