14 DAY TRIAL // Namco Bandai has put up a teaser site for Wonder Momo, a mysterious title from the old days of arcade systems.
Wonder Momo is a 1987 arcade title never released outside of Japan, currently available on the Japanese Wii Virtual Console.
It features side-scrolling beat'em up action, the protagonist being a young girl with super powers. Wonder Momo takes place on the set of a TV show, its protagonist being the actress who stars as Momo, as Polygon informs.
The teaser side is for now devoid of information, and no official statement has been made yet. Consequently, it is unclear whether Namco Bandai plans release the arcade game outside of Japan.
For now, the Wonder Momo site only has a Japanese URL and simply states the words “Momo is back.”
