14 DAY TRIAL // Video game developer EA Sports and the official National Hockey League have announced that the NHL 13 cover vote has reached the quarter final sequence and that the brackets for the semifinals and the finals have been decided.
Bracket A sees Claude Giroux vs. Anze Kopitar and the winner will face the athlete who emerges as the victor from the battle between Scott Hartnell vs. Evgeni Malkin.
The second bracket will see Pavel Datsyuk face John Tavares and Henrik Lundqvist take on Pekka Rinne.
The semifinals will take place between May 18 and May 23 while the final vote for the NHL 13 cover will happen between May 19 and June 4.
The cover athlete for NHL 13 will be revealed on June 20 at the Wynn in Las Vegas, and EA Sports has highlighted the fact that so far fans have cast more than 17 million votes in order to promote their favorite hockey players.
