14 DAY TRIAL // The team working on the next-gen version of NBA 2K14 says that it plans to expand the MyGM mode of the experience and give players more options to develop their team and players, while also introducing a new experience called The Park.
Erick Boenisch, a producer working on the sim, is quoted by Polygon as saying that, “In MyGM, there are no right answers, and there are no wrong answers. There are only actions and reactions. You create your own story.”
Gamers will be encouraged to also join with other NBA 2K14 players via a new mode called The Park.
The team offered a limited amount of details, but it seems that those who take part can create a unique character and then move from court to court in order to play freestyle matches with other human players.
NBA 2K14 will be offered on the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 when the new consoles are available.
