Ubisoft has admitted that launching multiple Assassin's Creed games per year is a possibility, but it has only talked about the current situation of Liberation HD versus Black Flag.

A brand new report has appeared online claiming that Ubisoft is going to debut not one, but two different Assassin's Creed games in 2014, one for the PS3 and Xbox 360 and one for the PS4 and Xbox One.

Ubisoft Sofia Producer Momchil Valentinov Gindyanov has talked about this idea and revealed to The Examiner that "Definitely [multiple releases a year] is a possibility. That being said, I don’t believe AC Liberation and AC IV are in competition as both games provide different experiences and I’m sure our fans enjoy both."

After Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag in November, Ubisoft will debut in January Assassin's Creed Liberation HD, a remake of the PS Vita game from 2012 for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
