The development team at Monolith and publisher Warner Bros. are getting closer to the launch date of Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, and the two companies are ramping up the advertising effort with a new video which stars two of the most well-known voice actors in the industry, Nolan North and Troy Baker.

The pair has appeared in a number of titles and has always been known for the quality of the work they are doing. This new footage shows them talking about their rivalry, the characters they are playing in the new title and the epic story that gamers will experience.

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor will be launched on the PC on September 30, on the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 on the same date, and more than one month later on last-gen consoles.

The video game will explore a moment in Tolkien’s universe just after Sauron has managed to conquer the Black Gate and eliminate the Rangers that were protecting the area.

Gamers will control Talion, who has been brought back to life, has powerful new abilities and is seeking to take revenge on all those who have harmed his family, with the core gameplay innovation being a Nemesis system that allows characters to evolve and develop relationships with the protagonist.
