The development team at Monolith Productions and publisher Warner Bros. Interactive are delivering a new behind-the-scenes video for Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, which is designed to deliver more information on the way the game was put together.

The footage features appearances from both Troy Baker, the voice of protagonist Talion, with previous appearance in The Last of Us and Batman: Arkham Origins, and Alastair Duncan, who becomes Celebrimbor and with roles in Mass Effect and Uncharted 3, talking about their experiences with the title.

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor is set in the world created by J.R.R. Tolkien and allows the gamer to become a ranger associated with the Black Gate who saw his entire family killed before him by the forces of Sauron and now needs to use Nazgul like powers to avenge them.

The game will use action adventure mechanics and will introduce an entirely new Nemesis system designed to allow players deeper interactions with their enemies and give them more control over the world they explore.

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor will be launched on the PlayStation 4, the PS3, the Xbox One and the 360 on September 30 of this year, and on October 2 on the PC.
