Microsoft says that it is carefully working to put data centers all over the world in order to make sure that it offers solid cloud-based services for the Xbox One in all territories where the new console will be available.

Jeff Henshaw, an executive producer working on digital content for the new device, tells AusGamers that Microsoft has deployed its data centers in a variety of places.

He adds, “So we have some of the best reach of any other company on the planet to be able to make sure that the Cloud Services that we offer are what we consider ubiquitous and will be available all markets.”

Microsoft has said that use of the cloud will increase the overall computing power of the Xbox One.

Some gamers are worried that latency might pose problems with cloud services.
