The company should have talked more about the Xbox One and its features

Microsoft's Marc Whitten has revealed that previous statements from the company about the Xbox One were a bit ambiguous to the regular consumer and for that the large corporation should be ashamed.

Ever since the Xbox One was revealed to the world in May, there have been plenty of controversies and debates based on the lack of information about key areas like used game limitations or the 24-hour online check.

This backlash could have easily been solved by Microsoft with solid statements but that didn't happen and, as a result the company should be ashamed, according to Microsoft's own Mark Whitten, who talked with IGN.

"We’ve got to just talk more, get people understanding what our system is," he said. "The thing that’s really gratifying is that people are excited about the types of features that are possible, and it’s sort of shame on us that we haven’t done as good of a job as we can to make people feel like that’s where we’re headed."

Microsoft is currently trying to get some good faith in the Xbox One and will bring it to the San Diego Comic-Con next week.
