14 DAY TRIAL // Platinum Games and Konami have released a new teaser for the upcoming Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance which suggests that politics will play a big part in the story of the game and that the narrative will bear all the hallmarks of previous titles in the franchise.
The name of the promotion is called War on Our Shores.
The description of the video says it is “a leaked audio recording of Colorado Senator Stephen Armstrong’s conversation, with one of his speech writers” and that it “reveals the horrific truth about what the Senator’s true plans are for America.”
The fan base has already created a number of theories based on the teaser and they seem to be pretty similar to the story told in Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty.
Revengeance will make Raiden the star of the game and will be more action-focused than other titles in the series and Konami is expected to launch it before the end of the year on the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360.
