Metal Gear Solid 5, the next chapter in the long running stealth series from Konami and Hideo Kojima, will feature a different approach in regards to cut scenes, as the legendary Japanese designer wants to use a single camera angle instead of cutting between several devices during a single sequence.

Metal Gear Solid 5 promises to tell a new story starring Solid Snake and will introduce a new chapter in the series that's famous for its lengthy cut scenes and convoluted plot.

According to Kojima, who talked with VG247, the cut scenes in the new game will use a single camera that will move around, instead of cutting between several angles in order to show everything to the player.

"We’re really going to try to follow the same camera and have the smooth transition between the cinematics and the gameplay," Kojima said about the new game.

As of yet, however, Metal Gear Solid 5 doesn't even have a release date.
