14 DAY TRIAL // A mysterious countdown seems to indicate that a totally new MechWarrior video game, bearing the name Tactics, will be officially revealed at the beginning of next week, on February 21.
Those who register their mech commander name on the website are then able to see that the companies involved are Roadhouse Interactive and A.C.R.O.N.Y.M. Games and that publishing duties will be handled by Infinite Game Publishing.
The Canadian based digital publisher is also working on MechWarrior Online, although it is not clear whether the two projects are linked in any way.
The company is also involved in the next game from Ironclad Games, the developers of Sins of a Solar Empire, which is also set to get a reveal early during next week.
The MechWarrior games have long been some of the best tactical experience on the PC and fans of the concept can also look forward to the fall launch of Hawken, an indie-powered multiplayer-oriented project.
