BioWare has just deployed a fresh video that focuses on Mass Effect 3’s cooperative Galaxy at War mode, called Special Forces.

In Mass Effect 3, gamers, besides embarking on the final set of single-players adventures that concentrate on Commander Shepard, can also play together with their friends in the upcoming role playing shooter.

Now, a new video has been showcased by BioWare, which shows off the variety of races that can be experienced in the Galaxy at War mode. These include Human, Quarian, Drell, Turian, Salarian, Asari, or Krogan, each with their own abilities, powers and strategies.

Players will have to embark on special missions throughout the universe, in order to aid Commander Shepard’s attempt at stopping the evil Reapers. Throughout these missions they’ll have to eliminate the opposition, as well as complete objectives like hacking computers or defending their ground.

For a full look at the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer mode, check out the video above. You’ll be able to experience it next month, with the demo for the game, as well as in March, when the full title is released on the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
