Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon from Nintendo and the 3DS handheld from the same company get along fine in Japan and continue to dominate the software and hardware weekly charts.

The 3DS, including both the LL and the original versions, has managed to sell 46,723 units in one week, a decline over the 56,864 delivered during the previous seven-day period, according to data from Media Create quoted by NeoGAF.

The PlayStation Vita seems to be stabilizing its sales around the 15,000 mark, although it is also seeing a slowdown, while the PlayStation 3 is in third place in the hardware chart in Japan.

The Wii U is under 10,000, increasing the pressure on Nintendo to deliver new games or slash its price.

Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon sold 56,975 copies to keep its number one position and second place went to a new entry, Card Fight! Vanguard: Ride to Victory!, with sales of 44,538.

The last place on the podium is occupied by Animal Crossing: New Leaf.
