14 DAY TRIAL // Video game developer Deck 13 reveals that the main character of its new project Lords of the Fallen is named Harkyn and will be different from the protagonists of other similar role-playing titles.
Tomasz Gop, who has previously worked on the Witcher franchise, says that Harkyn is designed to remain mysterious and interesting as the game progresses.
The development team says Harkyn is "the only one capable of ending the long battle of the Fallen God believers and those that have abandoned him long time ago."
Gop says the mystery surrounding the main character will be partially lifted in the game and the narrative will show why he is unique to the game's universe.
Lords of the Fallen is expected to launch before the end of 2013 on the PC, the PlayStation 3 from Sony and the Xbox 360 from Microsoft.
