Paradox Interactive has launched a new trailer for its upcoming grand strategy game Crusader King II, using the live action format that so many big titles used during the '90's but which was, sadly, replaced during recent years by in game material.

Fredrick Wester, who is the Chief Executive Officer at Paradox Interactive, talked about the new video, saying, “Why did the live-action trailer ever die out, anyway? Actors are classy. Especially British actors. They're the classiest and snottiest of all. We're hoping that, through exposure to British actors, our game will absorb some of that snot.”

Quintin Smith, who is the man behind the new live action trailers, says that his team plans to base them around the seven deadly sins and the theme of the first one is wrath.

Crusader Kings II allows gamers to take control of a family from the Middle Ages and then guide it's members to greatness, with the action based more around characters and their ambitions than around countries.

The game will be launched during February 7 of 2012.
