LittleBigPlanet 3 for the PS4 has just received a closed beta stage, as invitations are now being sent out to valued members of the LBP community by Sony.

The LittleBigPlanet games have fostered a thriving following on Sony's consoles, appearing for the PS3, as well as for the PSP or PS Vita, and allowing owners to forge all sorts of impressive levels, which could then be shared with others easily and without any charges.

As such, after launching the PS4, Sony wanted to ensure that the community could make the jump to the new console and announced some time ago LittleBigPlanet 3.

Now, as we get closer to its release in November, it seems that Sony has begun sending out invitations for a LittleBigPlanet 3 private beta stage to members of the LBP community.

An invite was posted onto NeoGAF and it seems that the beta is available on the PS4 platform.

It's unclear if the test phase is going to be opened for all PS4 owners, or at least for all PlayStation Plus members, as Sony is staying silent on the actual beta.

You can expect to hear more about LittleBigPlanet 3 ahead of its release for PS3 and PS4 in November.
