14 DAY TRIAL // Valve announces that a charming short movie called Lil’ Guardian Pyro is the overall winner of the 2013 edition of the Saxxy Awards, which feature short movies created by the community using the Source Filmmaker program.
A full list of the winners, all of them interesting to watch for fans of Team Fortress 2 and Counterstrike, can be consulted on the official site of the competition.
The description for the winning movie states, “Pyro leaves a little angel to guard a sentry for him, but is the tiny toy up to the task?”
The Saxxy Awards are organized by Valve every year and are designed to create a greater sense of community among players, which in turn means that gamers are more likely to remain engaged with the company’s titles in the long term.
