Vel'Koz, whose friends call him "The Eye of the Void," is a rather nasty Matrix Sentinel-looking fellow that hails from the Void. The teaser video shows him stumbling upon an unfortunate soldier, whose identity redditors have already speculated about, stating that the clues point to Kassadin.
