The development team working on League of Legends says that no more updates for the game will be delivered in Europe in order to make sure that the overall stability of the Multiplayer Online Battle Arena title is not affected.

A developer explains on the official forums that Riot Games is interested in making sure that gamers are able to enjoy the experience without any problems in the coming days.

He adds that a new data center in Amsterdam will come online in 2014 in order to improve the overall performance of League of Legends.

The team explains that, “Once all the equipment is on site and prepped, a big team of Rioters will start installation. This is a huge and complicated build and the team will be working hard over the holiday break to ensure we get Amsterdam live as soon as possible for you.”

League of Legends is one of the most popular MOBAs at the moment.
