14 DAY TRIAL // The European division of video game publisher Square Enix is filing a trademark for a new product called Lara Croft: Reflections, which might be an entirely new game in the Tomb Raider series or a spin-off linked to the coming movie based on the same character.
The company has not offered any sort of information on how it plans to use Lara Croft: Reflections, but it’s clear that it will be not used for single-player-focused downloadable content packages for the recent Tomb Raider reboot.
The game was well received by the fan community and it makes sense for the publisher to capitalize on its success by branching out into as many new media spaces as possible.
Square Enix has already ruled out more titles in the Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light series.
