14 DAY TRIAL // Tetsuya Nomura, the creator of the Kingdom Hearts series, says that the third game in the series will be the last one to use the current numbering formula and that fans might get access to more playable characters.
The developer is quoted by VG247 as saying that Sora will continue to be the core of the game experience.
At the same time, he wants to listen to player demands and introduce new options.
He adds, “lots of fans actually want to play as their favorite characters in Kingdom Hearts 3 so we will consider that, we will listen to what fans wants but hopefully we could give you some surprises in the future announcements.”
Kingdom Hearts might also add characters from universes like Star Wars and Marvel.
The game will be launched on the Xbox One from Microsoft and the PlayStation 4 from Sony.
