The Nintendo-made 3DS handheld is once again the best-selling gaming console on the Japanese market at the moment and that’s mostly linked to the very successful launch of Monster Hunter 4 from Capcom, which is again at the top of the software chart.

The 3DS sold 134,244 units in seven days, a decrease over the previous week, and is followed by the PlayStation 3, which has seen a slight increase to 11,382.

The PlayStation Vita from Sony has also managed to increase its own sales numbers by about 900 to 6,031 and the Wii U is also seeing a very small increase, according to data from Media Create cited by NeoGAF.

The rest of the software top ten includes: The Legend Of Heroes: Sen no Kiseki for PS3, Warriors Orochi 3: Ultimate, The Legend Of Heroes: Sen no Kiseki for Vita, Armored Core: Verdict Day, My Little Sister Can't Be This Cute. Happy End, The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD, Warriors Orochi 3: Ultimate, Friend Collection: New Life and Arcadias no Ikusahime.
